About Me
Angela Carter Online is run by Caleb Sivyer, an Early Career Researcher based in Bristol, England. In 2016, he completed a PhD in English Literature at Cardiff University. His thesis explored the relationship between gender and the visual in selected works by Virginia Woolf and Angela Carter. Previously, he completed an MA in English Literature at Freie Universität Berlin and a BA in philosophy from the University of Kent. He specialises in twentieth-century and contemporary literature, women’s writing, and visual culture.
