Alex Konahin’s Illustrations for The Bloody Chamber and Other Stories

To mark the 75th anniversary of Angela Carter’s birth in 2015, Penguin Random House published a Deluxe Edition of The Bloody Chamber and Other Stories, with a new introduction by Kelly Link and illustrations by Alex Konahin. Based in Riga, Latvia, Konahin creates wonderfully intricate and detailed line drawings using dip pens, India ink and fineliners on paper.
